Like Avenues, another for-profit Manhattan private school, Leman seeks international students through new methods. International students often call me seeking help applying to NYC private schools–this is a lucrative niche for Leman and Avenues. The UN School and Dwight also cater to international families by offering the popular IB (International Baccalaureate) Program.
Offering a boarding option is a new (and savvy) twist. I look forward to seeing how Avenues School responds.
