Brearley School announced (oddly, in July, at the start of a holiday weekend) that its head of school, Dr. Stephanie Hull, is leaving. The school is bringing back Priscilla Winn Barlow as interim head.
Brearley families are surpised and some regret that they had no time to bid farewell to a head who was liked by many. Nobody knows for sure why Hull is departing.
